When a substance reaches a certain degree under low temperature, its molecular movement slows down and forms a solid state. Under the vacuum environment, the water molecules are reduced by the influence of external pressure, and the distance between molecules increases, so that the water molecules directly sublimate from the solid state to the gaseous state to achieve the purpose of drying. This drying method can retain the original nutrients and color of the materials, and at the same time avoid the oxidation and deterioration of some heat-sensitive substances.
